This service is especially cost effective for small to medium sized businesses where a part time CFO or experienced accounting person can provide committed, day to day financial management.  This also allows you to effectively manage your time and concentrate on developing and implementing your business plans.

We at S Wang & Associates understand that different organizations have different needs and therefore we tailor our services by providing either an hourly rate or a flat monthly fee. We can work with you either in your office or ours.

We accept appointment to the Board of Directors or as officers of our clients. Such appointments are offered on a time-share basis and only as time and other circumstances permit. Fees for such services are negotiated as part of the overall service contract.
